1. Orders and schedules
Orders can be made by phone, fax or Internet through www.papelmail.com. The hours of customer service is from Monday to Friday from 10.00 am to 17.00 pm.

2. Pricing and Billing
The prices given in this fare nullify the previously published and are valid at the time of printing. We pledge to make every effort to keep this price, but we reserve the right to change them without notice, notifying the customer at the time of order. Prices printed in our tariff, do not include VAT, which will be included in the bill at the rate prevailing at the time of order.

3. Transportation
The price of shipping is added to the bill at the time of order. www.papelmail.com has a system for calculating transport rates based on Total cost of the products involved in the shipping.

• Total order less than 120€: 8€ shipping cost
• Toatl order between 120€ and 360€: 5€ shipping cost
• Total order over 360€: Free shipping cost

4. Cancellations and Refunds
Given the speed with which orders are shipped, we treat them as irrevocable, and not admit any cancellations. We do not accept returns of merchandise under any circumstances, except for a bug in the service of our warehouse or administration. When the client has to return a commodity, it is imperative to contact our sales department before shipping to explain the reason for the return, and if it conforms, return will be accepted.

5. Guarantees
www.papelmail.com takes no responsibility for the product because it has not intervened in its manufacturing process, nor the consequences of the misuse of that product is by its buyer or a third party.

6. Litigation
In everything that is not expressly stated in these Terms shall be governed by the provisions of the Spanish Law 26/84 on Consumer and User Protection and corresponding provisions, expressly waiving any jurisdiction that might apply. In case of dispute, the parties will be submitted to the courts of Valencia, Spain.
